RULES OF CONDUCT
spectators at sports facilities during the
international competition / football match
1. Viewers are entitled to:
1.1. Enter the territory of sports facilities for tickets, invitations or other documents (accreditations, permits, etc.) a standard, entitling them to enter before and during the game (start time of passage of spectators to the stadium is defined and agreed with the Football Federation of Kazakhstan (FFK ), law enforcement and administration of sports facilities).
1.2. Enjoy all the services provided by the organizers and the administration of sports facilities to fans.
1.3. To bring sports facilities into the stands and to use not prohibited by this Regulation Items:
Organized groups fanclub carry on the rostrum, sports facilities and use not prohibited by these Terms and agreed with the FPC items.
1.4. In agreement with the FPC, the administration of sports facilities and the responsible leader of law enforcement bodies carry and place in a free-sector large T-shirts and flags on fences - banners, banners that meet the requirements.
1.5. Support the team standing, unless there are objections from the other citizens.
1.6. Pursue photography.
2. Spectators should:
2.1. Arrive in advance of the event with the time passing special control (inspection) at the entrance to the sports facilities.
2.2. Adhere to and maintain public order and accepted standards of behavior.
2.3. Behave respectfully towards other spectators and event participants, support staff, those responsible for complying with the order, to avoid actions that create a danger to others.
2.4. Bring representatives of security agencies, supervising tickets, invitations or other documents entitling pass on sport, as well as entry permits vehicles to the territory and occupy certain places, provided for purchasing tickets or documents in their stead.
2.5. Place special control (inspection) of law enforcement officers at the entrance to the sports facilities for the presence of prohibited substances and items.
2.6. Comply with the orders of FPC, sports facilities administration and law enforcement. 2.7. Immediately notify the FPC, sports facilities and the administration to law enforcement agencies on cases of suspicious objects, things, and cases of smoke or fire.
2.8. When receiving information about the evacuation to act according to the instructions of officials of the competition / match, the administration of sports facilities and police officers responsible for law enforcement, keeping calm and not to create panic.
Those who refuse to comply p.p. 2.2.-2.6. these Regulations shall not be permitted to ongoing activities.
3. Spectators are prohibited:
3.1. Take place on sport in the alcohol and drugs, carry and drink alcohol, as well as carry soft drinks in glass and sealed container, use psychotropic and narcotic substances.
3.2. Carry on sport weapons, flammable, explosive, noxious, pyrotechnic, odorous substances, laser machines, piercing and cutting items, large suitcases, briefcases, parcels and bags, glassware and other items that prevent other viewers, as well as a normal event.
3.3. Smoking in enclosed buildings and other places where it is prohibited by the administration of sports facilities.
3.4. Throwing objects on the bleachers and football field, and commit other acts that violate the order of events.
3.5. Avoid shouting or other action, degrading the event participants, spectators or offensive to human morality.
3.6. Stay during the event in the aisles, on stairs or in the hatches, interfere with the movement of participants and spectators move from one sector to another, stand on chairs to climb on fences, railings, lighting equipment, poles, supporting structures or cause damage to property of sports facilities.
3.7. To appear without being accompanied by representatives of the FPC, the administration of sports facilities on the football field, running tracks, as well as in the locker room teams, judges and other offices and technical rooms.
3.8. Pass to the event with animals.
3.9. To trade, make labels and paste ads, posters and other products of content without written permission of FPC and the administration of sports facilities. 3.10. Wear or flaunt it (including by putting up banners), signs or other symbols to incite racial, social, ethnic strife, insulting other participants and spectators.
Viewers who do not honor the rules of conduct for sports facilities listed in paragraphs. 3.1-3.10 of this Regulation shall be removed from the event, and if they have committed illegal acts - prosecuted under criminal or administrative law.
4. To Cell.
4.1. Organization and conduct of fireworks by the organizers of the event in the order defined by applicable law, with the permission of the administration of sports facilities, in consultation with fire services and bodies of internal affairs, just prior to the event / game or after their completion.
All other persons prohibited from using the organization and conduct of fireworks, and the use of fireworks of any kind.
