FFK has permanent judicial bodies:

The dispute settlement chamber considers disputes between football clubs, players and other football subjects, and also applies disciplinary sanctions for abuse of FFK Regulations related to the status and transfer of players, as well as for abuses of other FFK regulations and statutes within the limits of its authority.
The Control and Disciplinary committee considers the facts of infringement of the Rules of the Game, requirements of FIFA, UEFA and FFK Regulations, statutes, instructions and decisions of their executive bodies by FFK members, football clubs, players and other football subjects.
The appeal committee considers appeals of the Dispute settlement chamber, the Control and Disciplinary committee and the Ethics committee. Resolutions of the Appeal committee are definitive.
FFK Commission for certification of football clubs is an independent body of first instance that makes decisions on issuance or rejection of certificates to football clubs for participation in competitions arranged by FIFA, UEFA and FFK.
FFK Appeal committee for certification of football clubs is an independent body of appeal instance that considers appeals against decisions of the Commission for Certification. Decisions made by the Appeal Committee for certification are definitive.
The Ethics Committee considers the cases of infringement of the FFK Ethics Code by FFK members, football clubs, players and other football subjects.
