Born on July 26, 1954 in Kostanai region. In 1982 graduated from the economic department of the All-Union State institute of Cinematography (Moscow), in 1987 passed retraining at the Moscow Plekhanov Institute of national economy on major “organizer of material and technical supply”. Ph.D. in Economics.
Worked within the system of Kazakh SSR state cinematography, in material and technical supply bodies, headed several enterprises.
1988 – 1995 – Head of “Tsesna” multisectoral corporation.
In 1995 elected member of the Senate of the RK.
In 1996 appointed the first deputy governor of Akmola region.
December 1997 – June 2003 – mayor of Astana.
Since 2000 – President of “Astana Football Federation”
June 2003 – December 2004 – Minister of industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since December 2004 – Head of Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since January 2008 – First deputy chairman of PDP “Nur Otan”.
Since November 2008 – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation.
Since June 2009 – Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since August 28, 2007 – President of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan.
Sayan Zhaksygeldiyevich Khamitzhanov
Born on December 3, 1970.
Director of tourism and sport department of Astana ( (2001-2003), President of FC “Zhenis” (2001-2004), President of FC “Alma-Ata” (2005 and 2007), General Director of the Football Union of Kazakhstan (2006).
Since August 28, 2007 – the first vice-president of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan.
Since March 21, 2008 – General Secretary of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan.
KANYSH KAIDAROVICH AUBAKIROV
Born on April, 25, 1966.
In 1988 he graduated from the Institute of cryptography, communication and information (Moscow), and in 1999 he finished the Eurasian market institute (Almaty) with honors.
In 1988 to 1992 filled different posts within the Armed Forces of the USSR.
Since 1992 till 2006 worked in the managerial positions in various financial and business structures.
Since 2007 till 2008 worked in the managerial positions within the RK National Security Committee bodies.
In 2009 he was an independent director – member of the Board of Directors at the Reserve Center of the RK National Bank,
since October 2009 till December 2011 he was president of JSC “Kazakhstan Gis Center” of the RK Defense Ministry.
Aubakirov had been awarded with medals “10 years to Astana” and “20 years of Kazakhstan’s Independence”.
Since December 2011 he is the first vice-president of the FFK.
Seilda Ikramovich Baishakov
Born on August 28, 1950.
Was a football player at FC “Kairat” (Almaty) and the USSR national team.
In different periods filled the posts of first vice-president of JSC “Football Club “Kairat”, President of Mini-Football Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chairman of the referee committee of the FUK, vice-president of the FUK, leading specialist of the FFK for youth football.
Since August 28, 2007 – vice-president of the FFK.
Viktor Georgiyevich Katkov
Born on June 3, 1952.
Graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Physical Culture.
Was a football player in the teams of “Energetik” (Dzhambul”, “Alatau” (Dzhambul), “Kairat” (Almaty), “Tavria” (Simferopol), “Tselinnik” (Tselinograd), “Khimik” (Dzhambul).
In 1981 worked as a curriculum department head at the Sport youth school of Olympic reserve “Kairat” in Almaty. Since 1982 till 1984 worked as a team head at “Khimik” (Dzhambul). In 1985 worked as head coach at “Khimik” (Dzhambul). In 1986 –coach-teacher of football at Sport youth school of Olympic reserve “Kairat” in Almaty. Since 1987– coach at the combined team of USSR International center of Olympic training. Since 1992 worked as head coach at FC “Arman” (Kentau). In 1993 worked as head coach of FC “Azhar” (Kokshetau). In 1994 – 1998 worked as technical director, director and head coach of FC “Kairat” (Almaty). In 1998 – 2008 was head coach of CSKA MORK staff team.
In 2008 was director of youth football department at the FFK. In 2009 – director of RK national teams’ department.
Since November 17, 2009 – vice-president of the FFK.
Mikhail Ilyich Gurman
Born on August 8, 1953.
Graduated from the Kazakh institute of physical culture and the Kazakh state agrarian university.
Was a football player at several teams like “Orbita” of Kyzylorda (1973), “Kairat” of Alma-Ata (1974-1979), “Traktor” of Pavlodar (1980-1982), “Shahtyor” of Karaganda (1983-1984).
After finishing his playing career worked as chairman of “Alfa” co-operative (1986-1990), vice-president of the Football Association of Kazakhstan (1991-2003), director for sport venues at the Ministry of Tourism and sport of the RK.
Since 2010 – director of the National Football League.
Since September 2, 2010 – vice-president of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan.
